1. The service
SlapClip is an AI meme video generator. You choose a source clip, provide reference photos and request a generated video. SlapClip is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any creator, artist or brand referenced in a trend.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generation and availability
Generation uses shared capacity and availability can vary. Queue position and timing are estimates. The service is provided as available and features may change as we improve the product.
5. Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you have in the photos and clips you upload and must have permission to use every person, pet, product or character depicted. Do not upload images of celebrities, public figures, children or anyone who has not agreed to appear.
6. Generated output
Subject to these terms and any applicable usage limits, paid subscribers may use generated videos for personal or commercial content. You are responsible for the captions, claims, music and context in which you publish a video.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use SlapClip to impersonate someone, mislead viewers about a real event, infringe rights, create abusive or unlawful content, or interfere with the security and availability of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you subscribe applies to that subscription period, except where a legal change requires otherwise.
