Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription from Billing in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends unless otherwise required by law.
2. Failed renders
If a video cannot be generated because of a platform error, we work to restore access or return the affected usage. Contact support with your account email and the approximate generation time.
3. Duplicate or unauthorised charges
If you believe you were charged twice or did not authorise a payment, contact us promptly. We will review the Stripe transaction and may request information needed to locate the account.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer law that applies in your country.
