1. What we collect

We store the account details Google shares when you sign in, including your name, email address and profile picture. We also store the plan associated with your account and the media you choose to upload.

2. Payments

Card details never reach our servers. Checkout, renewals, invoices and payment status are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the email address and plan you select.

3. Photos and clips

Uploaded photos are used to prepare the video you requested. They are not displayed publicly. Only upload images of yourself, your own pets or products, or people who have given you permission.

4. Cookies

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies are required for authentication and payment pages to operate.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Temporary render assets may be removed after processing.

6. Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account data by email. Subscription cancellation is available from the billing settings page.
